Grace Niekelski

Grace’s motivation for pursuing a career in healthcare comes from witnessing and appreciating the impact biopharma and healthcare innovation can have on patients at both a national and global scale. Her professional experiences and academic background in Sociology and Economics have strengthened her passion for advancing life-changing therapies and her commitment to work that bridges science, strategy, and patient outcomes.

Prior to joining Asymmetry Group, Grace worked in Global Oncology Marketing at AstraZeneca, where she collaborated cross-functionally and across company alliances to support global launch initiatives in lung and breast cancer. In this role, she partnered with diverse stakeholders to shape strategic priorities, coordinate key events, and develop resources for internal and external audiences. Her work encompassed project management, stakeholder engagement, and the creation of communications designed to drive alignment and awareness across markets.

Grace holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Economics from Dartmouth College.
