The Challenge

A large, public biopharma client with an expanding development pipeline, a string of expected launches over the next five years, and a rapidly scaling commercial organization wanted to embed a disciplined approach to Global and Local commercialization strategy development and execution with the aim of establishing consistent ways of working, driving robust strategic dialogue, and reflecting the company’s cultural focus on innovation and agility. The client partnered with Asymmetry to drive the design, build, and rollout of this capability across the organization.

Asymmetry's Approach

  3. Incorporated explicit guidance and tools to drive innovative thinking on ecosystem-level impact, business process to facilitate agility in application of the framework, and clear delineation of Global / Local roles & responsibilities
  4. Developed Global and Local handbooks, codifying guidance and tools to support application of the framework
  5. Developed and implemented rollout plan anchored in hands-on support for “test-and-learn” application of the framework across all late-stage assets
