Asymmetry Celebrates International Women’s Day with Launch of Women’s Leadership Group
Today, nations around the world celebrate International Women’s Day in recognition of the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and the journey toward equality and inclusion. We’ve witnessed incredible progress in the 115 years since the first Women’s Day event was reportedly held, but the work is far from complete.
To this end, Asymmetry Group formally launched its new Women’s Leadership Group (WLG) this week to systematically recognize, address, and enable progress against several challenges women still face in the corporate workplace. WLG has the sole goal of helping the 65% of Asymmetry employees who are women to succeed and thrive in their current and future professional endeavors. Importantly, while WLG is geared toward our women leaders, the entire firm is engaged as Asymmetry seeks to #InspireInclusion in the journey toward a better and more equitable tomorrow.
