The Challenge
The recently-installed CEO of a rapidly growing series B stage MedTech company developing their first break-through innovation asked Asymmetry to design a two-day off-site immersive workshop – designed to systematically address the strategic questions the company needed to answer, as well as clarify interpersonal challenges and roles amongst the leadership team.
