A public biopharma company was preparing for their first-ever wholly owned commercial launch, followed by a rapid succession of additional launches globally. The company wanted to create a scalable launch excellence capability & augment their internal launch team with direct support for each launch.

  2. Lead and support individual asset project management offices (PMOs), working extensively with cross-functional teams to build, monitor, track and ensure launch plan and execution progress
  3. Support ‘above asset’ functions and capability builds to ensure commercialization efforts are optimized within and across assets
