Asymmetry was acquired in October 2025 by the Danforth Health family of companies that collectively serve biopharmaceutical clients from inception through commercialization of products via a broad set of capabilities and offerings.

We are seeking a full-time experienced Consultant to join our team to contribute to client projects and play a key role in shaping our firm’s future through internal initiatives. Depending on the day, week, or month, you might be working on the launch of a new rare disease product, developing a commercial plan to support a breakthrough Phase 3 asset, running client workshops, or engaging with the leadership team of a digital health company on how to differentiate their offer in the market. We’re looking for a highly motivated, proactive doer who is experienced in life sciences strategy consulting. There will be some travel – but it’s generally limited.

Compensation:

The annualized salary range for this role is between $125,000 – $170,000, plus an incentive bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary based on several factors including role-related qualifications such as skills, knowledge, total experience, and education. The role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as health benefits, 401k, etc.
