Ashani’s curiosity and passion for the life sciences stems from her academic experiences in public health and her professional experiences across consulting. She previously led UMass Amherst’s premier student consulting organization, the Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group, where she pioneered innovative junior analyst development programs and spearheaded business development discussions with Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to joining Asymmetry, Ashani interned at The Kinetix Group and Charles River Associates and held a full-time role at ClearView Healthcare Partners. Throughout these experiences she frequently generated insights from primary and secondary research to contribute to opportunity assessments, commercial strategies, and launch excellence engagements.
Ashani holds a B.S. in Public Health Sciences, with a concentration in Healthcare Business from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
