Brendan is eager to apply his background in medicine and data analysis to positively impact people’s lives through the life sciences. He has gained professional experience in the healthcare industry from multiple angles, including clinical care, health insurance, and navigating legal processes. His academic background in medicine and financial markets has provided a strong foundation for understanding the scientific and economic factors involved in bringing innovative therapies to patients.
Prior to joining Asymmetry Group, Brendan worked in health consulting at Mercer, where he supported projects that provided strategies to organizations on how to optimize employee health and well-being by analyzing employee data and conducing health insurance research. He has also gained professional exposure to the healthcare system through physician shadowing, further strengthening his understanding of the clinical landscape.
Brendan holds a B.A. in Neurobiology with a minor in Financial Markets from Colby College, where he pursued the Pre-Med track.
