Courtney is driven to improve patient outcomes and experiences across the healthcare ecosystem. She has 5 years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams across therapeutics development, manufacturing, and diagnostics. Her background at the bench includes cell-based assay development for a microfluidics platform and expression optimization for a contract manufacturer. Courtney enjoys distilling complex scientific and business concepts into clear, actionable plans. Prior to joining Asymmetry Group Courtney worked in product management and marketing for iBio, a pre-clinical stage antibody therapeutics developer and CDMO. Previously, she worked as a supervisor in a diagnostics lab and in an academic molecular biology lab. Courtney has an M.S. in Biotechnology and B.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, you can find her camping and playing disc golf with her husband and dog.
