Ella’s motivation for pursuing a career in healthcare comes from a deep intellectual interest and personal experience witnessing the life-changing impact medical innovations can have on patients’ lives. She is experienced in driving initiatives that ensure successful cross functional collaboration and process improvement. Additionally, she is experienced in economic and public health research, often bridging the two subjects together to gain meaningful insights.
Prior to joining Asymmetry Group, Ella worked on the Global Value Improvement team at Boston Scientific. There, she worked cross functionally to support various initiatives aimed at streamlining and strengthening internal processes. This included facilitating workshops, engaging with numerous function leaders to map capabilities and strategy, and advising internal clients on the usage of value improvement tracking.
Ella holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Public Health from Boston College.
