Emily is passionate about working in the biotech industry since innovations in this space drive significant and meaningful improvements in human health. Emily joined Asymmetry Group in September 2024 after working as the CAO and Head of Finance for a boutique executive recruiting firm in the healthcare industry for 6 years.
Prior to that, Emily worked for a venture-backed consulting firm as their Senior Director of Finance and Administration after holding positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of accounting, client service administration, and research analysis over a number of years. She has expertise in internal accounting, human resources, and firmwide operations. Emily holds a B.A in English from the University of Rochester, a joint M.S. Accounting/MBA degree from Northeastern University, and a SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys biking, swimming, and spending time with her husband and two children, especially at the beach and on the ski slopes.
