Emily joined Asymmetry Group in September 2024 after working as the CAO and Head of Finance for a boutique executive recruiting firm in the healthcare industry for 6 years. Prior to that, Emily worked for a venture-backed consulting firm as their Senior Director of Finance and Administration after holding positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of accounting, client service administration, and research analysis over a number of years. She has expertise in internal accounting, human resources, and firmwide operations. Emily holds a B.A in English from the University of Rochester, a joint M.S. Accounting/MBA degree from Northeastern University, and a SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources. Outside of work, Emily enjoys biking, swimming, and spending time with her husband and two children, especially at the beach and on the ski slopes.
