During her MBA, she worked with Dana Farber Cancer Institute on strategizing use cases and evaluation for AI solutions within the patient safety organization, supported product strategy within a health tech startup Intelycare and aided market entry into enterprise systems at Pearl health. Her collective experiences center around guiding companies through pivotal inflection points by advancing strategic thinking and driving implementation.
Tracy holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in human biology from UCLA.
