Vivian has worked in the healthcare industry for 7+ years, across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and clinical space. Prior to joining Asymmetry Group, Vivian worked as a management consultant for PwC in the healthcare deals group, specializing in helping companies execute large-scale mergers and acquisitions, from the initial diligence through close and post-close strategy implementation.
Vivian has deep experience in strategy and operating model development and implementation, managing large, complex projects to help companies successfully enable major transformative initiatives. Vivian also has experience in developing early-stage commercial strategies, evaluating go-to-market strategies for existing products and establishing standardized operational and launch planning processes for biopharmaceutical companies. Vivian has worked with senior executives to evaluate opportunities, coordinate and run full-scale project plans, and deliver on complex deliverables.
Vivian holds a B.S. with honors in Finance and Business Economics from Indiana University.
