Vivian has worked in the healthcare industry for 7+ years, across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and clinical operations industries. Vivian has deep experience in strategy and operating model development and implementation, managing large, complex projects to help companies successfully enable major transformation initiatives. She also has experience in developing early-stage commercial strategies, evaluating go-to-market strategies for existing products and establishing standardized operational and launch planning processes for biopharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Asymmetry, Vivian worked as a management consultant for PwC in the healthcare deals group, specializing in helping companies evaluate and execute large-scale mergers and acquisitions. Vivian holds a B.S. with honors in Finance and Business Economics from Indiana University. Outside of work, Vivian enjoys exploring the local restaurant scene and using her strategy skills to defeat friends in card and board games.
