To design, develop and support the Project Management Office for the launch, and to help prioritize activities, track and monitor progress, and identify and resolve issues for gaps.

  1. Designing a governance and operating model for the team and immediately implementing it to establish a cadence to support effective, efficient cross-functional coordination, including pathways for escalation
  2. Tailoring our launch management tools to develop a master launch plan in SmartSheet to consolidate functional plans, as well as creating a set of reporting dashboards to monitor progress for the leadership team, identify issues and gaps, and create solutions
  3. Creating a detailed, minute-by-minute plan for day 1 and week 1, to ensure a smooth and successfully launch with a coordinated approach to keep leadership and key stakeholders aligned and updated
