Analyst

Senior Analyst

The Senior Analyst role provides an opportunity for more experienced individuals to leverage strong foundational consulting skills to become a core contributor to discrete workstreams and project deliverables. Senior Analysts are driven and agile team players who support client engagements and begin to take greater responsibility over discrete workstreams and project deliverables.
Consultant

Consultants are experienced consulting professionals and/or those post-MBA. These highly ambitious individuals are our workstream leaders with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational aptitude. Consultants take ownership of core actions across workstreams within a project, including research and analysis, deliverables creation, and working interactions with clients.
Manager

Managers are our project leaders. They hold responsibility for directing activities of the project team, developing and delivering the analysis and narrative for the client, overseeing and developing more junior team members, and beginning to build foundational and enduring relationships with clients.

Managing Director

Managing Directors (a.k.a. Partners) are the core leaders of Asymmetry Group. The nomination to this role is a significant recognition of accomplished leadership and demonstrated expertise. These individuals are responsible for the scope and delivery of projects, the growth and trajectory of Asymmetry Group, the development of employees, and for providing strong leadership internally as the champions of Asymmetry Group’s values and mission and externally as trusted advisors to our clients.
